Soul Casino Aberdeen

You’ll find that these days many casinos are housed in purpose built developments. Whilst this gives them the space and facilities needed that the modern casino goer demands, it can lead to many casinos being the same across every town and city. This is especially the case with those in the larger chains. However, those visiting the Soul Casino in Aberdeen are in for a nice surprise.

The casino is housed in a striking church conversion. With most of the original features retained, it’s a stunning place to visit and you won’t fail to be impressed with the amazing high ceilings and beautiful stained glass windows. OK, it might not be quite as upmarket as some of the West End casinos in London but it has to be one of the better casinos in Scotland in our experience. It’s not just a casino, it’s a restaurant and bar too so it’s a great choice for a complete night out.

Casino Games

There is American Roulette, Blackjack and Three Card Poker on offer at the Soul Casino. There are also plenty of slots on offer from penny play machines to games that cost substantially more. The highest jackpot on offer is £4,000, which is quite low when compared with other city centre casinos in the UK where £10k jackpots are common. There are also a number of Touch Bet Roulette machines that are extremely popular.

Loyalty Program

The casino has its own loyalty program that comes with membership and this involves customers being given points for everything they spend that can be used against food and drink bills or can be used for machine play. There are special points promotions too:

  • Triple Points on Offer: Sunday 7pm-11pm, Tuesday & Thursday 2pm-8pm
  • Double Points on Offer: Monday & Wednesday 2pm-8pm

Food and Drink

Soul Casino’s bar and restaurant are two of Aberdeen’s most popular eating and drinking venues and like the casino are situated in the converted church. The food here is fresh and tasty and whilst the menu isn’t the most exciting or diverse we’ve ever seen, you certainly get value for money, as it is very well priced compared to some other casinos. The bar too is good with all of the drinks you would usually expect to find, as well as a few more unusual premium selections.
