Grosvenor Casino Salford

Grosvenor Casino Salford is situated a few minutes’ walk from the illustrious area of Deansgate in Manchester, just off Regent Road. One of the smaller members of the Grosvenor family, this venue doesn’t have quite as much choice available in terms of games. However, for what it lacks in size, it largely makes up for in quality and appearance.

The whole venue is, by and large, clean, tidy and attractive, boasting a lovely little bar area and a cosy dining room to boot. There’s also a big car park on site, and with a lively area of Manchester positioned on the doorstep, Grosvenor Casino Salford does offer a great place to suitably kick start or round off a fun night out on the town in the rainy city of Manchester.

Casino Games

Grosvenor Casino Salford has a somewhat modestly sized games floor compared to other Grosvenor venues, but all the classics like Roulette and Blackjack are all available to play nonetheless. There is also a separate section on a slightly raised platform completely dedicated to electronic games, including popular slots like Cleopatra and Lucky Lady’s Charm. The variety on offer is nothing to write home about, but there’s certainly enough to keep the average casino visitor happy.

Cash poker games are held every day at Grosvenor Casino Salford, beginning from 8pm. Stakes are either 50p - £1 with a minimum stake of £20 and a max of £250, or 25p – 25p with minimum stakes of £5 and maximum of £50. Tournaments are also held on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Loyalty Program

Grosvenor Casino Salford participate in Grosvenor’s Play Points scheme – a rewards system that gives something back to customers who frequent Grosvenor venues on a regular basis. Simply put, every time you place a bet, you’ll be given a number of points. The more points you have, the better the prize you can pick out from the Play Points catalogue. It’s also worth mentioning that you can collect and redeem Play Points every time you play online or on your mobile too.

Food and Drink

The restaurant area or “dining room” is open from 6pm until 1am. It’s small but attractive, serving up a range of contemporary continental cuisine that looks good and tastes even better. Dishes include steaks, Persian spiced half chicken and a number of lovely desserts.

The bar area again is on the small size with five tables situated just behind a row of bar stools. There’s also a bigger booth positioned closer to the restaurant, but this may be reserved for customers waiting for a table in the dining area whenever the venue is busy. Open from midday right up until 5.30am, customers are also able to use the bar area in Grosvenor Casino Salford to watch Sky Sports, although people do not typically tend to visit the venue solely for this purpose – meaning a rabble of football fans descending on the casino is extremely unlikely.
