Grosvenor St Giles

Grosvenor Casino St Giles is a peculiar little venue – small and congested but rather enjoyable nonetheless. After signing in at a glossy reception area, guests are then ushered upstairs where all the action takes place. You’ll need to be prepared to duck and weave your way around the casino when you visit with table games and electronic machines hidden behind pillars and walls across the first floor.

There is also a small dining area situated upstairs, as well as a bar area and smoking terrace covered by a translucent curtain. Although the tables and machines in this casino are almost on top of one another, the range of games is actually pretty good (although there’s no poker room) and the staffs does their bit to make this oddly structured gambling venue into something quite fun. Grosvenor Casino St Giles also caters for the lower budget crowd, and from 8am until 8pm visitors can play roulette for as little as 50p and put down small bets of £3 on blackjack.

Casino Games

There’s a decent range of games available at Grosvenor Casino St Giles, including American Roulette, Blackjack, Three-Card Poker, Punto Banco and Dice. There are also 39 'Sabre' electronic gaming terminals linked to two live Roulette games and two automated wheels. A few slot machines are also scattered across the venue, and all in all, there’s a surprisingly good amount of games to play at Grosvenor Casino St Giles.

Loyalty Program

Grosvenor Casinos operate a Play Points loyalty system for members. Once you sign up, you’ll be able to rack up points every time you purchase something in a Grosvenor venue – whether it be a meal, a drink, or a stack of chips. In time, you’ll be able to use these points to purchase a gift from the Play Points Catalogue. It’s a very popular scheme and one that is well worth participating in if you use Grosvenor casinos regularly.

Food and Drink

The bar and dining areas in Grosvenor Casino St Giles aren’t particularly big, but they’re attractive enough and – most importantly – serve up some good grub that ranges from pizza to pasta to burgers and hot dogs. The bar shows Sky Sports day and night, and the venue often structures its evenings around a particular sporting occasion, actively encouraging people to visit to watch a certain football match or boxing contest. We thought this was a great little touch and one that more casinos should do.
